Start the week right

Today is Monday and what a day it was! I wanted to do both a high intensity and low intensity workout. One is for muscles, the other is to burn fats and get a good aerobic workout, so I combine them.
This morning I started off with a bowl of oatmeal. No sugar, no fruit, just good ole oatmeal. Then it was work time…

And on Sunday, we rest…

Today is my one day a week when I take it somewhat easy. I still went for a 3 mile run this morning before breakfast, but the rest of the day I pretty much take it easy. Family Day

Today was a family day for me. I wanted to spend the day with my wife and son, because as the summer comes to a close, the fall becomes busy.
